What is Personal Training?
Personal Training is an attribution of workouts that are tailored to fit your needs. If you are seeking to lose weight you wouldn’t want to work out in the same style a bodybuilder would, right? That being said the similar concept would be the same for a bodybuilder trying to gain muscle in reference to weight loss and muscle toning. Personal Training is a platform that should be customized and benefits you.
Have pre-existing injuries? A Personal Trainer will design a corrective workout plan that will benefit you in the long run and help prevent future injuries.
30 Minute
Session
A 30-minute session includes high volume and high-intensity. Increases calorie burn with minimal rest. These are the benefits of getting a workout in during a short time period. Requirements are a minuim of 2 half-hour sessions weekly, a total of 8 sessions monthly. These particular sessions will allow you to get a workout in while balancing a busy schedule.
One Hour
Session
A 1-hour session includes a longer duration of routines with added rest time in between sets, maxamizing your calorie burn with a variety of training activities during your workout. Requirments are a minimum 1 session per week 4 sessions per month. Perfect for the ones with open and flexible schedules.
